Tony is a common sense personal coach affiliated to Achology, the Academy of Modern Applied Psychology, with a background in the airline domain. He is also a Colored Brain Communication Facilitator, affiliated to Directive Communications International.

His most recent assignment was as Training and Development Manager with Travel Point Oman. He is also a founding partner in TripSymphony DMCC, an Online Travel Portal based in the DMCC Free Zone in Dubai.
