Yoga teacher
Alexandra is a dedicated yoga instructor who began her journey over 10 years ago. Her passion for yoga has led her to become a certified instructor with 500 hours of combined training in the UAE and India. She is committed to sharing her love for yoga with the community and helping others experience the physical and mental benefits of the practice.
As a yoga instructor, Alexandra’s focus is on Hatha flow and Ashtanga yoga. Hatha flow emphasizes the connection between breath and movement, while Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic and physically demanding practice that builds strength, flexibility, and stamina. Alexandra combines elements from both styles to create a balanced and challenging practice for her students.
In addition to the physical benefits of yoga, Alexandra also emphasizes the importance of mindfulness in her classes. Mindfulness is the practice of being present and fully engaged in the current moment. By practicing mindfulness in yoga, students can learn to focus on their breath, quiet their mind, and reduce stress and anxiety. Alexandra believes that cultivating mindfulness in yoga can have a positive impact on mental and physical health.
As a dedicated yoga instructor, Alexandra understands the importance of continuing her education and personal growth in the field. She regularly attends workshops and training programs to expand her knowledge and improve her own practice. By doing so, she can bring fresh perspectives and new techniques to her classes, providing her students with a dynamic and evolving practice.
